Here’s a first look at The Wayfarer’s Weird: Wild Tales of Uncanny Rambles.

Edited by Weird Walk, this anthology is a journey into the ghostly and bizarre, striking out from the shelter of the inn for the places where the path begins to fade. It takes in the sublime wilderness of mountains, coasts and ravines, as well as forbidden, ancient tracts of woodland. 

It features classics from John Buchan and Algernon Blackwood alongside modern, thrilling (and sometimes violent) warnings to the intrepid.

I’m very proud that my story, On Ilkley Moor, is included among these luminaries of dark fiction! With thanks to Paul Finch, who first published it in Terror Tales of Yorkshire.
